The TA2 Muscle Car Series will change your racing experience

Designed, built and tuned with only one thing in mind —performance. The TA2 formula is built on a cost effective platform, combining the prowess of a purpose-built racing chassis and a 525 horsepower engine package that causes every head in the paddock to turn and take notice.

Our same-spec racing series sets driver against driver. Your skill behind the wheel, not the money spent on an engine, is what will set you apart and propel you to the top of the pack.

The age old rival of Australia vs New Zealand is now alive and well with the introduction of TA2! New Zealand drivers will be welcomed to Australia for all new events, and Aussies to New Zealand, including Bathurst.

Founder and now co owner in EASTERN AUTOMOTIVE PERFORMANCE CENTRE Paul Manuell was invited to race TA2 in the Asian series, Thailand and Malaysia.

Paul along with co driver Jaylyn Robotham won the championship, forming a relationship that bound the 2 drivers to good mates,one a bit more senior than the other! 🙂

During some Australian events Jaylyn’s father introduced Paul to Peter Robinson (TA2 Australasia founder) and the ball started rolling for a Aussie NZ category.

Parity has been paramount throughout, given the mistakes both countries have seen in motorsport.

Australia now has short of 130 TA2 cars.

New Zealand has now sold 9 TA2 cars and now strong interest follows to have the new category unfold for a new high performance race class here in New Zealand.
